He had a few bad returns early out the gate, then got hurt, but still it's strange to say the least.

Only thing I can think of is they think he doesn't have the speed speed speed to do it, but he just ran away from the DBs on the 75 yarder

A school where he was recruited by Sark and Johnny Nansen as the number 21 overall recruit in the country (where were dante and John ranked) and played his first two years under Sark. Then played under the current head coach clay Helton and caught 19 less passes for almost 500 yards less than the season before despite playing with a first round QB. His draft stock dropped every year and USC was criticized for his lack of involvement in the offense in his final year and was drafted to be a number 2 receiver behind Antonio brown as the number 62 overall pick. So sir where were Dante and John drafted at? How much more money did they get on their contract than JuJu because of that? And where were they ranked as a recruits based overall talent and potential compared to JuJu?

1. Kyle Ford is ranked higher than Juju, so this entire comparison is dumb. If he was a 3* like Pettis and Ross, maybe it would be somewhat coherent
2. The implication was that USC doesn't prep WRs for the NFL. USC sucks, but WRs are about the only position they have actually produced good talent at in recent years (Woods, Agohlor, JuJu--all better than anyone UW has put in the NFL at WR).

1. The point isn’t about WR vs WR it’s about Pete’s developmental culture vs Clay Heltons developmental culture. Insert any top 50 recruit they haven’t had drafted in the top 50, the more that are about to not be picked in the top 50, and who all saw their draft stock drop after every year. If Pete can develop John and dante just imagine what he can do with someone as talented as Kyle ford.

2. Ford being ranked higher than Juju makes the comparison even more important. If you’re the number 3 WR in the country there is no reason you shouldn’t be the first receiver taken in the draft UNLESS THEY DONT IMPROVE AND JUST RELY ON THEIR RAW TALENT RATHER THAN BEING COACHED TO MAXIMIZE THAT RAW TALENT. As a the number 13 recruit in the country should want to be pushed to be a top 15 pick and demand his coaches to ask that of him.

3. All of those guys were before Helton and outside of a phantom pick by Chip Kelly none of them were taken in the first round despite how talented they were. And good for USC wow they’ve had better pros than a team that went 1-11 and 0-12 during their best dynasty.
