Soooo...UW tacking on extra money to RB tickets?

Maybe somebody can explain this to me like I'm a 3 year old.
Huskies have 3 price levels for tickets....$160, $215 and $245 plus fees.
tOSU Rose Bowl tickets are $180 including service charge.
Why the discrepancy?
