The mystery "criminal investigation" mentioned in the Flynn senctencing memo was referred by Mueller to antoher U.S. Attorny's Office in another district and is not part of his collusion case. Could it be the substantial evidence Flynn gave was against Hillary and not Trump? Flynn served under Obama for 2 years, he knows where the bodies are buried.
The hearing on the Clinton Foundation, originally scheduled for today has been rescheduled for the 13th.
