I booked for 350 night of the gayme. Used Kayak and am not picky about which LA airport flying in and out of, so Jet Blue down (Long Beach) and United back up (Ontario). Also booked for Friday the 28th. Best of luck.

I find it hard to use points because I have about 300000 chase points which is better to transfer to British airways and use for longer distances.

Fly into Ontario. The way their computer system works. As it gets pinged more for a flight or route, prices automatically sky rocket. I feel like they've added a couple flights in prior years.
