This was the first Apple Cup I've ever attended and it was glorious. I loved seeing all of the CUOG fans wearing those stupid Uncle Rico headbands and fake mustaches...watching them go from being crazy confident and cocky to sad and dejected in a matter of a couple hours. The best part was walking out of the stadium hearing a lady mumble "that's it, no Rose Bowl, no conference title...it's over" and then her husband? say "I didn't want to spend the money anyways". It was amazing.
