I think the bigger issue is that Petersen has a group of coaches that he's been with for years, and they are all comfortable with each other. They are "his guys." Similarly, Tui has a comfort level (sad as it may be) with sark and the other party boys at usc.

Perhaps, but if Tui wants to be head coach someday, he'll need to throw away his blankey.

I think money had more to do with it than comfort.
