Scissor me timbers

Scheduling this before scheduling any 2022-23 non-conference all but confirms that UW is angling for neutral sure games those years.
I’m thinking that Vegas will emerge as the marquee week 1 game in the Raiders new stadium -
Just as importantly, MSU is coming here first. I doubt anyone's backing out here but it's always better to get the home game first in case the the second game gets backed out of.

Race plans on being there

Like football will be around in 10 years.

Jake Browning will be patrolling the sidelines for the DAWGS for these games. Cook it!

That hasn't happened to us recently (ever?), but are they any prominent examples out there of it happening to other teams? AFAIK the backing out of series always occurs at least a year or two in advance of the first game, not in between the two games (I'm assuming the buyout is ridiculous for the latter).HillsboroDuck said:Just as importantly, MSU is coming here first. I can't recall any other than Wisconsin canceling their home game after playing in Seattle in 92GreenRiverGatorz said:

When we were playing tuff teams under Gilby and Ty the powers lined up to play those shit teams
We did 2 away for one home with the Buckeyes -
After the Whammy the first Miami home and home turned into a second Miami home and home with UW giving up it's half of the original home and home (fuck Babs). So we visited creepyquook twice and they only visited us once.GreenRiverGatorz said:

Not positive on specifics on the others but I am almost sure I've heard of it happening a few times recently.
There's usually some sort of buyout associated with it, but still. -
If my class of 2028 projections are correct I’m projecting 2031 to be special
-
I'm surprised it isn't a neutral site game in Detroit. Pussies

Remember when teams like Michigan and Miami and Nebraska and Notre Dame and Ohio State would come to Husky Stadium?
When is the last time we had an Blue Chip team come here? Last one I can think of is LSU. -
Nebraska visited in 2010.Baphomet said:Remember when teams like Michigan and Miami and Nebraska and Notre Dame and Ohio State would come to Husky Stadium?
