Odd they want to help mother nature with global warming but not fires.

The money that Cali spends on other stupid stuff could have been spent on thinning forests and scrubland that border populated areas. The data suggest that climate change could coincide with increased emissions. However we could cap every gas pump, shutdown down every coal powered generator and ban all wood burning and it wouldn’t matter, considering what the rest of the world including China and India are up to.
Except biomass burners. We need to build more biomass burners. -
High capacity assault BIC lighters and any form of fire should be banned. Fire should require a 10 day waiting period, full background check, permit to possess and a state issued photo ID. No one needs a fire in public. Anyone caught with fire in public should be charged with a felony. You have no right to fire. It is not protected under the constitution by the state or federal gooberment.

Jerry Brown vetoed this bill. Interesting that privately managed forests aren't burning.
