Leach has a great system, but it kind of screws his quarterback's pro aspirations. Leach's system hasn't yet been accepted in the NFL, except for maybe New England, and even they don't really do the same thing.

Minshew is leaps and bounds better than Falk, not even in the same ball park. Falk was pretty much WSUs Browning and shit his pants in big games.

Perfect for teams who... are looking for a backup that could make a difference in relief. A West Coast offense that features a short passing attack would suit his skill set (he and Wildcats chains-mover Flynn Nagel have had quite a connection this year) until he shows the ability to consistently throw the ball downfield.
