Seems like there is a chance , anything to keep him from USC, I actually feel bad he coached with Sark. Let Sark hire Holt back

I like Justin Wilcox as a head coach somewhere, someday because he's already a damn good DC. I've got to watch the replay to conclude anything, but it appeared that our game plan against BYU was to play great defense strategically against their limited and one-dimensional offense while keeping the Husky offense more conservative than it would have been under Sark, while perhaps spending more practice time on special teams.
We should know from experience that defensive coaches can make damn good head coaches and are probably better with football fundamentals and discipline than offensive coaches. We can never know as mere fans what would be the best place for a coach like Wilcox to start a head coaching career (if he actually wants it), but I've always thought a lower tier school such as in the WAC or MWC would be better than taking over an elite program. -

If you ever watched his interviews on the HHB premium content not sure he's ready for a HC gig at anything but a small conference school.
