I don't need a racial slur before I'd concede the Ad was racist. If the guy who killed the cop was a white guy and Trump was blaming it on Hispanics I'd concede that was racist but simply showing video of the person who actually did the cop killing as well as video of the illegals trying to get into the country isn't racist.

You libs appear to be the one who are associating all immigrants with illegal cop killers.

That's because you don't understand juxtaposition and propaganda and intent to massage perception.

Watch a propaganda film, especially Soviet-style. They don't contain many, or any, express statements of the message they intended to convey. That's because they understood the power of image and symbolism, and their combined ability to power and shape perception.

However, they found it didn't work on dumb fucks who need everything spoon fed to them literally and simplistically. So not surprised you don't get it.

For the propaganda to work then you must already associate immigrants with illegal cop killers on some level.

No. That's not how it has to work. It can work like this, for example:

- Emilio Suarez killed a cop because he's a bad guy.

- Show a clip of Emilio being cuffed and led off by the authorities. Zero in on his facial tattoos to make him extra disturbing to the eye.

- Show a picture of Mike Smith, the killed cop, posing with his wife and kids during happier times. Make sure and flash either his age if he's young or his time on the force if not.

- Show a clip of a bunch of Mexicans scaling a wall somewhere. Doesn't have to be a wall on the border. Any wall anywhere. Your target audience isn't big in details and won't know anyway.

That's how it can work to create the very association you said has to already be there. With some decent % of the US population, this will stir anger and resentment toward Mexican people seeking to come here. Easily so among those who already don't like Mexicans or browns in general.

I don't see racism everywhere I look. I also don't have to look hard to find it. If you don't believe it, that's fine.

Isn't it weird how only these liberal are able to hear these dog whistles? I think people don't like illegals. And Republicans and Republican leaning voters really don't like Rats who protect and defend illegals including illegal cop killers. If white people were coming to this country illegally and killing cops I'm fairly certain Republican voters wouldn't like them either.

Rats want to let more illegals into this country, we don't know what kind of people are being let into this country. We know in the past we've let in cop killers, now the Rats want to let in more, they could be okay, they could be cop killers. Lets stop letting in illegals. Vote Republican.

It's not a dog whistle. I don't know how people would react if there were a lot of illegal English or Irish or Swedish immigrants in the US and one of them killed a cop. Those aren't our facts now.

I called you a racist in the other conversation because you were begging me to. You dropped every stereotype in the book in your voluminous posts, and in so doing gave the black kid absolutely zero benefit of the doubt because you scored him a thug on a bullshit basis. At the same time you gave the guy who was the 'but for' cause of the whole thing every benefit of the doubt even though that guy had as much or more past as did the kid. And you justified all of that idiot's actions even though the guy profiled and hassled the kid for being black after dark, and was the one who gave chase and clearly escalated the entire thing.

In other words, you went out of your way to rationalize everything against the black kid, refused to concede even the most obvious points in the kid's favor, and used incendiary race-baiting language in the process.

That's why I called you a racist. I'm sure I wasn't alone in that opinion by the. time we were through.

Hell, how many times were critics of Obama labeled as racist simply for criticizing Obama. Golf, Chicago, calling Obama by his middle name, were all called racist. Hell look at fucking Hondo's claim that this image is "blatant racism."
