Honestly I think there are a lot of people who aren't even remotely internet-savvy, and don't feel comfortable finding information on their own, no matter how easy it has become.

There's another way to look at the issue and that is the obvious fact that far too much which is found on the Internet is nothing more than bullshit and rumor when posted or reported,.... and that too often includes at least parts of Dm.c's Insider reports and articles not to mention their opinions and commentary. Much of Dm.c's stuff is crap when compared to what we see live or on TV in the team and individual player performances. Based mostly on what they claim to know better than their customers or casual visiters to their site as compiled and reported by virtue of their special access, Dm.c Insiders overhype the talents and capabilities of Husky Football's players, coaches, and recruits. They often take this embellishment beyond what is real and to what stuff they believe is necessary to sell Dm.c's product.

With their Insider access now likely limited to nothing more than what mainstream media is privileged to receive, Dm.c management and staff will have to go to work and become professional journalists scratching around outside Husky Stadium and practice facilities for tidbits to write and talk about. Since as far as I can see, none of them know or care to know much of anything about the game of football, it's likely going to get sillier than ever on the Dm.c site, hard as that is to believe. That may seem troublesome for many, but should Husky Football again rise to the elite status that is our rightful place on the west coast, we as fans must all learn the game better for ourselves solely from what we see and hear live or from play-by-play TV broadcasts and not rely on others far less qualified to throw fictionalized bullshit at us.
