Next USC Head Coach?

I don't want USC to hire a good coach until 2021. I think at that point them sucking hurts us (no quality opponents in the Pac) rather than helps us (it's good for us in recruiting).

I'm not too worried in this hiring round, but let's analyze, shall we?

Jeff Fisher - Alums wanted him before, was Rams' coach. Would be an A+ hire in my book.
