Make a law limiting the supreme court to nine justices. When/if the enemy takes power again, one of the first things they will do to circumvent the democratic process is to increase the number of justices on the supreme court. They have no intention of going quietly in the night. They have every intention of clinging to power no matter what the cost to the republic.
