    I finally took the time to Google what the fuck beef o' brady's even means... it's a pub. A pub is sponsoring a bowel game... the other day it was a Canadian undershirt maker as well as something called the Royal Purple Bowl... royal purple? what the fuck does that even mean? and now we wait until friday night for the grand daddy of brandless bowels - the fight hunger bowl. I expect next year we can go to the Up With People Bowl if we get 6 wins?

    The one that gets me is the Peach Bowl. They just flat-out changed it to the chicken sandwich restauarant bowl (I'm not going to give them free pub!). The Peach Bowl has been around for a while and isn't some rinky dink bowl invented six years ago to make BSPN money and give a 7-5 MAC team 15 extra practices (and debt).

    I'm old and shit so I can remember a time when a bowl game was a reward for great season. When there was only a handful of bowls and often even 8-9 win teams didn't get an invite. Now we have meaningless shitfests for any team that wins 6 games and half of D1 schools get an invite.

    That said... it's still a pretty good reason to get fucking polluted and watch tv. As if I need a reason.....
