Can we get greedy for a 2nd BUCK in Foskey????? or has kwat hit his limit this year

Hopefully this is the "Sam Taimani" for Kwat that pushes him in the right direction. Getting Laiatu Latu/Foskey would be the Tuli, and then next year Sav'ell to fully entrench him as a successful recruiter.
