    Have the Dems had a win on anything lately? Fuck Kav. I don't care about the #MeToo accusations but his tempertantrum should be a DQ. Lacks the gravitas and the tempermant of a SCOTUS but Dems are losers and will continue to lose until they get a majority in House or Senate.

    His job interview was over. It had already been held with many hours of questioning and interviews. When the committee's pulled the crazy Shit outta their ass is not an interview. It's a fight for ones life and reputation. I'd be mighty pissed and he did a very good job of not killing anyone. He had every right to. If dueling was still in style no one would pull this Shit.

    It doesn't matter what you'd do if you were in his situation. You're a retired elementary school janitor, not a SCOTUS nominee. Until Kav is confirmed it's all part of the interview. SCOTUS is supposed to display a judicial temperament and impartiality regardless and Kav couldn't keep it together.

    Have to confess, this made me a little emotional.

    That said, it is and has always been the final part of the job interview. You don't get the job without it.
