Obviously Supreme Court nominees aren't allowed to text message anybody. Obviously they aren't allowed to deny any allegation against them either, and ask/find friends from the time to help and support them in denying accusations they believe didn't happen.

If the New Yorker had contacted Kavanaugh's friends during the course of their investigation of this story, and then in turn contacted Kavanaugh and informed him of what they were asking about I'm not quite sure how this is a lie. The New Yorker's story was how he first become aware of her allegations.
I think we're now seeing clearly why Hondo didn't want to clearly cite any of these many "lies" told by Kavanaugh. -

Quite honestly (besides Jake Browning still sucking), the college shit doesn't both me in the slightest. Kavanaugh whips out his dick playing a drinking game, big fucking deal. Maybe it was a derivation of strip poker and the gals were shaking their tittays (like @Cohen12 should do but I digress) and fingering their cooters. Who knows? That kind of crazy shit happened at colleges all over the countryh in the post-Animal House years.
If the dude is still pretending to be Frank the Tank at age 30 or 40, that's a different tale. It worries me more if he was Moral Majority guy in college proselytizing about the evils of wine, women and song. THEN for sure he has skeletons in his closet like sheep fucking or touching 8 year olds.

When you have to dig down to frat parties over 30 years ago to find something. anything, wrong you've lost. The guys done excellent work and is a pillar of the community. He just supports the constitution which really pisses off the left who wish to subvert and destroy it via judiciary fiat.
