I picked Cal because I wanted to have the double enjoyment of getting my pick right and Moosetears, even though I expected Oregon to win. You spent 4 yrs. at that zoo. We didn't. You've got the loser stink permanently affixed to your person, and your olfactory senses cannot help but pick up on it. Like a well-executed Dirty Sanchez, you smell stinky loser any time Cal Bear football comes up.
In sharp contrast, we up here in the resource-challenged PNW can't quite figure out how a program in such a great spot in California, with so much to offer, can be so consistently shit year after year. We are thus more gullible to the notion that a GOOD Cal team might exist.
