There could be legal implications to the creepy porn lawyer since Kavanaugh is a sitting Federal Judge, and if he was slandering a sitting Federal judge with no factual basis that is still, in theory, legally frowned upon by the legal community.
Who knows if it is true, but if it is God that will be a trolling of the ages.
