Winning begets better recruiting which begets more winning which begets better recruiting. Petermen 2017- 19 recruits are way better than the 2014- 16 ones. I once had Tevis Barlett tell in person that he wouldn't even get an offer by UW now based on where things are now with recruiting. And that guy is a starter for us. -

I didn't say he was OBK. All I'm saying is that it took Dabo a long time win a NT at a Tier II, non blue blood school. Chip is the only other guy who has come close to winning one at a non-SEC school and that was pre CFP.oregonblitzkrieg said:

If he would have fired Ikaika Malloe when everyone here was calling for his head we wouldn't be in the position right now to get quite possibly the best D-Line croot group, ever.
You could also say the same for Strausser. He finally pulled the trigger and took a chance on Metallihuff and now it seems it's paying off.
as for his offensive system, I agree it's taking a slow boat to China process to transition from being a position of weakness (Boise) to dominance (UW). I think doogcourics or bread said that ... -
