I enjoyed the link, @DerekJohnson . Hilarious. Kind of fits in the mold of never let a good crisis go to waste meets poor theatrics gone bad when reality strolls behind the "actor".

The sad thing is the douchebag should have been warning about the real danger of that storm. I get that people like watching train wrecks and devastating wind events are impressive enough to keep some people glued to their TV's, but the wind in this storm was never the real issue, at least not as it dropped from a Cat 4 to a Cat 1 hurricane prior to making landfall. The real issue was the crawl the storm was moving at. Storm surge and insane rainfall. Epic flooding. IMO, his douchenozzle theatrics led people to be a bit more confident than they should have been and probably put some people in danger who might have otherwise taken a bit more time to stay away. Warning people of what was coming along with images of Houston post Harvey would have been a greater service than poorly faking the effects of the wind.
