I ran into a long time Oregon assistant that was on staff through Bellotti and Chip this summer and he didn't think Chip would make it past three years because his innovation factor is gone and UCLA doesn't get the right kind of kids.
I found that chinteresting.
A really chinteresting scenario is when Chip goes winless and is sitting with the #65 recruiting class do they cut ties? Either the Eagles or the 9ers are on the hook for most of his contract money so it wouldn't be a bad idea. -
