Sun Studios which has been in a bunch of music related films and biopics.
Shelby County Courthouse featured in The Client and Silence of the Lambs.
The Arcade restaurant in The Client.

Watergate Parking Garage where Woodward met Deep Throat aka Mark Felt.
In 2013, when I was in DC on business I hailed a cab at 1 am and had the driver drop me accross the street from the garage. Went down a staircase into the garage to the stall where Woodward and Felt met. The only sound was dripping water. Cool story as always.
