    If Northwestern and Minnesota currently have the highest $ practice facility at approx 200m or so, what happens when Penn State, Michigan, Ohio State decides to get in the arms race?

    Could you see the Buckeyes building something that when finished will have cost more than the Stadiums many schools are currently playing in. Wow
