They got Tuli out of DOS last year, this is entirely possible now that USC has such a great coach who should stay there forever.

So per Ruth he's visiting September 29th, during his bye week. Kinda weird since he'll take the rest of his visits after the season. Maybe we're gambling that our best chance is to get him to sign before he takes all his visits.
