Got to be bone-in ribeye. Them's are the best. Best one I ever had was a dry aged bone in ribeye at Mario Batali's Carne y Vino restaurant in Vegas. This was before he got #metoo'd.creepycoug said:

I rarely buy a steak at a restaurant due to my grilling skills -
