B-Roy is PISSED.

Moar evidence that Pete should be offering Beach and Garfield kids.

Jamal Crawford is still filling his Starbucks cup. B-Roy has to sip from yesteryears' brew.

The fuck is happening at Garfield?

Roy is getting out-coffee cupped. He'll be leaving Garfield soon

Garfield has academic STANDARDS. RBV? Not so much.bananasnblondes said:Roy is getting out-coffee cupped. He'll be leaving Garfield soon

PJ Fuller as a recruit does not appeal to me. He has gone to a different high school every year. He moved to LA after his sophomore year and almost played for a high school there before coming back to Seattle and attending Garfield for his junior year. I thought I read somewhere that he is also old for his class.
If he comes to the UW, I hope I'm wrong about him. But man, I think it's a worrying sign that he hasn't spent more than a year in one place since finishing eighth grade. -
Our son got a B for getting 5 out of 10 questions on a maff test at RBThomasFremont said:

The teacher got a visit from me -
I wouldn’t read too much into that. He went to Hale to play for B-Roy, transferred to Garfield to stay with B-Roy, and now he’s going to prep school to get his academic shit taken care of. That same logic would apply more to Marjon since he’s been to Hale, Garfield, and now Beach in 3 years. They’re both good and I want both of them regardless of transfer antics.
-
@ThomasFremont I hear you, but I stand by my opinion. Marjon's transfers are concerning but still not at Fuller's level. I'd bet that PJ Fuller transfers at some point in his college career. I hope to hell I'm wrong.

It’s not a good sign, but I hesitate to count it against them either. Would you worry about a college kid that transfers to a school with a better major/program that they wish to pursue? I wouldn’t. They’re both D-1 and have NBA potential. Part of me wishes I was ever that good, but I’m also glad I got to just be a kid in HS. They’re making business decisions at 15-17 years old. I don’t think there is any causation between kids that transfer in HS and kids that transfer in college. It’s just what players do to get playing time. This ain’t Hoosiers. And I don’t think either is a 4 year college player either way.Squirt said:@ThomasFremont I hear you, but I stand by my opinion. Marjon's transfers are concerning but still not at Fuller's level. "I didn't sign up to coach scrubs" -

He just remembered he’s rich and DGAF.

You are spot on about PJ. He has severe learning issues and I don't think his handlers are doing a good job addressing that issue, they (especially his Mom) are more focused on him as a meal ticket.Squirt said:PJ Fuller as a recruit does not appeal to me. If the move to Findlay is for academics, that makes sense. They probably will give him one/one support. Hopefully they can get him the SAT/ACT testing accommodations he needs. -

I’m pretty sure IT is on Fuller’s side in this one.UWhuskytskeet said:
