1. OutkastMaybe the hardest call for me yet. After Regulate popped my rap cherry Snoop taught me what rap was. Doggystyle is easily my favorite rap album from middle school.
But Snoop's a rap mercenary who signed with shit tier No Limit and went by fucking Snoop Lion for a season. Outkast has also been their wonderfully weird selves. They're amazing.
It hurts to vote against Snoop but head beats heart on this one. -
