If Jude assumes positive intent with everybody he interacts with, totally fine. However:
•You’re naive if you believe everything people tell you all the time. Critical thinking should be table stakes for anybody in that position. So maybe find a new gig
• That assumption of positive intent was invalidated within 48 hours. And in hindsight, none of it added up from the very beginning.
The lazy investigation and reporting that first day isn’t the issue for me personally. It’s the lack of follow-up and the defense of that initial reporting that makes me more frustrated. Have a little personal pride Adam! You were used as a pawn in a game of chess that was easier to see through than a game of tic tac toe with a 4 year old. But alas - abundance.
