I think he just piled it in. I haven't heard that the F-15's shot it down yet.
I was downtown in Olympia having a Big Tom's burger down on the waterfront, and I'm pretty sure I saw that Q400 flying over to the east. I didn't think much of it at the time, but holy hell.
