He has 21 offers. On the surface that looks good but surprised that number isn’t closer to 40. Oregon has sent something like 300 offers and they never offered this guy. Something doesn’t add up.

No way that dude is supposed to be in high school. He looks like this guy who worked for me a few years back and would get 'Nam flashbacks.
No idea why we didn't grace him with one of our 300 offers, maybe Cristobal doesn't want to waste time on a wild goose chase we have no chance in once Bama gets the 2019 model Chargers with standard CashTrunk technology.
