Method Man was the first member of Wu Tang I got into, and is still my favorite. For me he both personifies and transcends Wu, as he might just as well known for his collaborations with Redman (not a member of the Wu). Like basically everyone else from WT he has plenty of solo albums as well. Meth has both one of the greatest names (is there a better album name than The Meth Lab?) and greatest voices in the game.

Nelly is a guilty pleasure for me. On pure emcee skills he probably doesn't belong with a lot of these other guys. And anybody who cut a track with P Diddy has suspect street cred. But damn, Nelly could write a hook. His sound is distinct, his flow is smooth and his Lunatics crew had better game than the side crews attached to more prominent names such as D12 or Outlaw Immortalz.

And while he never dropped another album that could touch his debut Country Grammar fuck it, his mindless shit is just easy to listen to.
