Trump Weighs Revoking Security Clearances for Comey, Brennan

President Donald Trump is considering revoking the security clearances of former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan and other former Obama administration national security officials who have criticized him, Bloomberg News reports.
The president is “exploring the mechanism” to remove their access to classified information because of criticism the officials have leveled against his conduct of relations with Russia, said White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.
“They’ve politicized and in some cases monetized their public service and security clearances, making baseless accusations of improper contact with Russia or being influenced by Russia against the president is extremely inappropriate,” Sanders said.
Prudent move the President Trump. It is clear the DOJ and FBI are politicized and and undermining the adiminstration.

Suddenly we care about security clearances again. What’s it like to have no independent thought and just continually getting led around in circles like a stupid pack animal?

If you’re fired you no longer have a ‘need to know’ and you shouldn’t have access to sensitive information. Having a clearance, but no need to know, should have been sufficient to prevent access. Obviously someone was feeding them intel and breaching their own clearance in order to do so.
