    Years abusing my joints with heavy weights and sports has caught up with me in the last few years. I have to do a little yoga to be able to lift anymore. I don't care for it much, but it helps a lot.

    Males doing yoga as their only exercise is gay AF.

    Flexibility is a critical element of health, and nothing I’ve done is better than yoga on that count. The added meditative/mental benefits of yoga are gravy.

    Recover from 2 shredded hamstrings and a blown out shoulder and THEN pop off.
