I don't mind the free education stuff either but I would want it to be the same way Germany runs the program. If you're a shit student or you're just not very smart you don't go to college, as it should be. Why send someone with no interest in learning or that lacks the capacity to learn to a place of higher learning? A 5'7" 165lb white kid with a 6 second 40 isn't invited to The Opening.
