    That's a fair question and I'm going to assume you sincerely want a thoughtful answer. Money there is now worth nothing. The idea that Venezuela has basically become a barter economy has my deep sympathy. It sounds like a hell-on-earth type of situation.

    Yes I was sincerely asking. I do chuckle at how people take it as a model that liberals in America want to follow. Then ignore the places that are capitalistic, like India, that are awful as well, just for different reasons.

    I feel sorry for the folks who didn't vote Venezuelan socialists into office. They never deserved that. To those that did, I would give them Sven's twenty and say, this is the result of your own ignorance. You should have done your due diligence, picked up a history book on socialism and discover what happens when you embrace the philosophy of envy & failure.
