    Ate twice on the 4th - at the Pe Ell pub right after the noon parade - a slab of smoked pork loin, with the fixin's and then mrs. lebam grilled chicken and slathered it with a homemade BBQ sauce. Me I was drinking expensive beer (PBR) all day - agree Rib eye be the best
