They certainly produced two good ones, that's for sure.YellowSnow said:Between Moon, Chandler and Brunell we racked up a crap ton of starts, but since then it's been slim pickings.
My favorite NFL QB of all time is a Duck by the way. Sad.
I would care about my Canes' place on this list, but come on guysm, we? own too many other positions to get greedy.

Yeah, my old man was there. BUT it was a strike season so doesn't really count.whlinder said:
I’m hearing January 31, 1988 was the most speshulest day in Murph history.YellowSnow said:
Yep. My fam had season tickets from 1981- 91. I even went to Game 1 of the '84 World Series at the Murph.chuck said:
Early 80s chargers fan too eh? They never should have let John Jefferson leave though. That soured me on them a bit.YellowSnow said:Between Moon, Chandler and Brunell we racked up a crap ton of starts, but since then it's been slim pickings.

I saw Doug a couple of weeks ago at a bar.
He has not aged well.

No NFL team has been better at winning Super Bowls w/o HOF quarterbacks than the Washington franchise. -

Damon Huard quietly added to the total more than his brother, Tui, and Locker combined.

Every UW QB went pro, they just didn't stand out much when they got there but the coaching they had received and James' love of the classic drop back QB ensured them time in the league. Damon Huard had a long if not noteworthy at all career.
For the 70's and 80's the Pac killed the SEC when it came to quarterbacks. Miami used that advantage against the Big 8 clod hoppers.
