Different situation, those are kids who came here unaccompanied, which is still an issue. Obviously they can't be kept in a facility with their parents. But the policy was changed last month to start separating these kids from their families. This is a new issue. But even if it wasn't, it needs to be changed.

Guest worker was always the policy here in Oregon and the USA. Folks came up from Latin America, worked their ass off for 5 months, wired most of their money back home and headed back home when the harvest was done. That was the agreement.
