Questions for a 1st time visitor to UW game...
I just wanted to reach out and get some information, if possible, regarding coming to a game. My wife's father moved to Seattle (Ballard area) in 2016 and we've been coming out to visit each year. We love all the activities within a couple hour drives of Seattle (we did Mt Rainier and the San Juan Islands previously) This year we realized we will be in town when UW hosts ASU (Sept. 22, 2018). As a big time college football fan, I'm always interested in catching a game and how other fanbases do game day...so I have a few questions about coming to the game:
1. A look on the schedule tells me the game time is TBD. Any idea when the time will be known? Any guesses to give me a general idea?
2. Best way to come up to campus on game day from Ballard... Uber? Busline? Other?
3. Should we buy tickets beforehand, whats the scalper situation like? We would prefer to not spend more than $50/pp if possible? Is this realistic? Any good sections to look in?
4. Any pre game festivities that we should definitely look out for? I've heard the boats doc right up by the stadium and tailgate. Sounds pretty awesome.
Any info would be much appreciated.

3. Should we buy tickets beforehand, whats the scalper situation like? @Swaye is the official HH scalper (don't let @pawz tell you any differently). Let @Swaye know what you're looking for and he'll take good care of you. Will probably even throw in burning your village to the ground. We would prefer to not spend more than $50/pp if possible? Kinda a locals-only secret, go down to the Piek's Place market and order a fish. Ask them nicely and they might even throw it to you.

Mcruny, don't listen to these jokers, they think it's REALLY funny to give bogus info to out-or-towners attending games. I'll hook you up.
1. We won't know until about a month prior to the game the actual game time. The P12 scheduling is really fucked up but we learn to deal with it.
2. Ballard is really close to the stadium so you should just walk.
3. We have the best scalpers in all of college football, tons of good deals to be had. You need to find my guy K-Tron. He usually works on the Montlake Bridge. You can't miss him, he's about 6'4 280 and has a teardrop tattoo under his right eye. I'll let him know you're my guy and he'll hook you up. He may ask that you follow him to a secluded area to transact business but that's only because he's gonna give you a great deal. Whatever you do, DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT with him, he hates that. If you have a pretty wife he'll likely give you a GREAT deal.
4. My favorite Husky Tradition is to go to the Renton Massage Parlor pre game. Ask for the Mitch In The Morning Special. You and you father-in-law will love it.
