Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has been hit with new charges filed by special counsel Robert Mueller's office.

Mueller filed a superseding indictment Friday in a D.C. court that brought two new accounts against Manafort and Konstantin Kilimnik, a longtime Manafort aide.

The two new counts, which layer onto five previously issued charges, accuse Manafort and Kiliminik, who ran the Kiev office of Manafort’s political consulting company Davis Manafort Partners, of obstructing justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice.

And it's sickening that they are raking anyone slightly associated with Trump over the coals for any reason they can dig up. Manafort is nothing more than a generic DC swamp scumbag who has worked with nearly everyone in DC. The FBI had already investigated him and decided not to charge him for these behaviors. But because he associated with Trump for a couple months it's game fucking over for him.

    Yes they should investigate Benghazi. But was it really worth 4 years? No. (They spent way more time and effort investigating Benghazi than 9/11) Just like they should investigate collusion with Trump. Abs they are getting past the point where they either need to get something on Trump or stop.
