Campari can be served as a digestive, it will definitely work, but IMO, it is just plain nasty on it's own. It kills whatever flavor party you've got going on after a nice meal rather than enhancing it. In a cocktail it can work, but there needs to be something sweet in it to balance the bitter, or just go easy on the Campari so it gets adequately diluted.Pitchfork51 said:I tried to like campari.
