You'd have a stronger case if you said "someone doesn't have common sense". It's common sense you can't pardon yourself. To my knowledge the Constitution doesn't speak to this. -

this article makes more sense. It would be the ultimate faggot hollow man victory. For one, he probably can't be indicted. For two, doing something like this would all but ensure impeachment which is what this has been about from day 1 anyway -
