I just love that he is old school. Seems like such a great fit for Husky tradition and how this program was founded... more so than any coach since the legend himself, the Dawgfather.

Shaq is going to be a monster next year with Petersen coaching. -
Sankey is definitely a huge loss in a vacuumbut with Washington, Cooper & Coleman, you have a lot of capable options and next season you'll have a QB who will give you the threat of running more. Didn't have that this season. Taylor had moved to safety under the old staff, so who knows where he will play next year. Agree with the rest. I can't imagine Petersen not tearing it up with all the talent we have on offense. I know the OL is average, but Boise supposedly has a great OL coach so it's possible they really improve as well. This is the first Husky football season since 2002(huge expectations ) where I couldn't wait for the season to begin.
Usually I'm dreading the season.
About time we have a coach who actually gets it.
