  but that's what USC loves about recruiting... as Helton gets older the true freshmen starting at USC always stay the saaaaammmmmmmmmmme age.

  Yeah, never heard of this kid. I watched his film and he looks pretty good but doesn't look like the kind of kid the USC would offer this early in the recruiting cycle if at all.

  USC won the conference last year and beat us at home the year before. Maybe the whole Faith, Family, Football thing is working. Or maybe this conference just sucks. Or maybe abundance?

  yep...expect him to tweet a de-commit from USC to open his options in December and then sign at San Jose State where gawd will have guided him.
