The best thing Neil Young ever gave the world was Sweet Home Alabama

Saw Rod Stewart in concert in about 1999. Didn't really want to go but had free tickets.

That motherfucker is a performer. Top 5 concerts ever. Damn.

And he sure as fuck banged hotter ass than Neil Young ever did.

Neil is banging Daryl Hannah these days. She's old but I still wood.

Rod Stewart in the early 70's was easily one of rock's best singers. His first 4 albums are the shit and that doesn't even count his work with the Faces and Jeff Beck group. Zeppelin originally thought of tabbing Hot Rod instead of Plant. BUT Neil Young is really second only to Bob Dylan in my book as a solo artist in the 60s- 70s. And he was a master of both mellow folk based tunes while being able to rock with the best of them with Crazy Horse. Plus he stood up for the @Swaye 's with Cortez the Killer. Daryl Hannah is Steve Scheffler.

    Rachel Hunter is Lebron.

I don't like musicians who people have to justify as being awesome because of their folksiness and lyrics. Hence, fuck Neil Young (and Bob Dylan).

Listen to Down By The River or Cowgurl In The Sand. Those songs fucking rock HARD.
