Being a lover of anything zombie for many a year The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead are pretty damn good for TV created shows. I continue to watch it in hopes Rick get bit...

My dad and I liked Columbo back in the day. We also liked watching The Rockford Files together. I might lean Rockford but you cant go wrong either way.

I loved watching Rockford Files after school in the sixth grade.

I hate the wire on some level. I tried to re-watch recently and and it sounds like the dialogue was written by someone who had a poster of Tennessee Williams and Maya Angelou on their wall the whole time.

Every black person talks like a fucking Stephen King black person - slow and says "and all" all the fucking time.

    Also, fuck the kids.

Bunk, Lester Freamon and Rawls are the good characters. McNulty is essentially me, so I can't hate. And everyone else is at best tier 2.
    Bodie ain't tier 2.

And you didn't even mention Omar.

    I hope you die.

When I re watched the wire last year I thought it held up except for McNulty who came across as a self righteous whiny bitch and I got tired of his act real quick

My top 5 TV shows of all tim

    1. Sopranos
    2. Breaking Bad
    3. Game of Thrones
    4. Curb Your Enthusiasm
    5. Gilligan's Island

#5 purely for the spank Rolodex Ginger and Mary Ann provided me in my early teen years. Before I discovered my older brother's porn cache, Ginger & Mary Ann did unspeakable acts to each other in my twisted degenerate mind. That and the uneasy sexual tension between Gilligan and the Skipper made for must see TV

    1. Columbo
    2. Sopranos
    3. A-Team
    4. Soul Train
    5. F-Troop

A page and a half in and no one has mentioned the REAL best show of all time yet.

    Sad.

That show is the best comedy show of all time and I can’t imagine how it wouldn’t be seen that way.

I went back and tried to watch it and I couldn’t. Not that it hasn’t aged well, the problem is that humor needs surprise and everything in the show has become so deeply embedded in our society (“I’m Rick James bitch!”) that it was weird on some level.

Other comedies have been good, but that show is transcendent.
