Notice how he's quick to brag about tariffs against China or sanctions against NK on Twitter but is completely silent regarding anything about Russia and Putin.
This tweet he sent the other day was obviously ghost written. There's no way words such as "encircled" and "inaccessible" are in his 1st grade vocab.
