These are the best death penalty laws. Many people have said so. Others have said be nice. We can be weak or as I say tough.

Death Penalty would be a good thing if:
A) You had one appeal at the State Supreme Court and that's it.
Pussy states like Oregon and Washington hadn't put a moratorium on it.
